Patron Management

Every online purchaser will automatically become a record in your patron management file.


You can perform the following the tasks against each patron record


  1. View Purchase History.
  2. Upgrade Customers to let patron to redeem tickets.
  3. Merge duplicate patron records, one record for repeat buyers.
  4. Add/Update/Delete any existing patron record
  5. Search and Sort Patrons based on First name, Last name, Emails, Address
  6. Import your entire patron database with history
  7. Build your database automatically with every patron interaction.

Purchase History


Every transaction a patron makes is time stamped and logged so you can quickly see purchase history


Patron Grouping


With Patron Groups you can segment your patrons any way you would like. Once your patrons are in a group, you can market to them with email or direct mail (Mailing Labels) campaigns, and much more. Your organization may want to segment patrons according to the types of events patrons attend (musicals, comedies, baseball, dance recitals etc.).


Merge Duplicates


You may have the same customers to purchase online from time to time. Each purchase leaves a record in the patron database. You may face a need to merge duplicate records in the system for the same customer.


Merging customers into one record is very easy in our ticketing system. You can merge based on email, phone number, address or by search. Before merging, you have a chance to review all of the entries to make sure they are all the same patron.
