You may have the same customers to purchase online from time to time. Each purchase leaves a record in the patron database. You may face a need to merge duplicate records in the system for the same customer.
Merging customers into one record is very easy in our ticketing system. You can merge based on email, phone number, address or by search. Before merging, you have a chance to review all of the entries to make sure they are all the same patron.
